Marilyn Joann (Shepherd) Seitz, 63, of Oak Hill passed away on Saturday July 12, 2014. She was born December 6, 1950, the daughter of the late Herman and Pearl Shepherd. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Alanna Carter, an infant brother, Jerry Shepherd and two sisters, Louise McGinnis and Irene Crisp. She made her home in Oak Hill with her husband, Lester Seitz. In addition, Joann is survived by three children, Cindy Robbins, Doug Dickens and Angie Dickens; two brothers, Ronnie Shepherd and Tennyson Shepherd; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Joann worked at Goodyear of Jackson for 26 years. She loved shopping for antiques, going to flee markets and helping others. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones. Services will be 2 PM Wednesday July 16, 2014 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME 10900 Main St., South Webster, Ohio 45682. Friends and family may call from 12 noon to 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
