Matthew Scott Fahnestock, 35, of Portsmouth passed away Saturday May 8, 2021. He was born May 16, 1985 a son of Kimberly Fahnestock and was a graduate of Hillsboro High School.
Matthew is survived by his step-father, Clement (Patty) Francis; two sons, Aiden Matheney and Dylan Fahnestock; a daughter, Peyton Fahnestock; two sisters, Amanda Raypole and Amber (Tyler) Nelson; several cousins including Theresa Kluck who helped watch over him.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Heather Francis. Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM Saturday May 15, 2021 with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston. Private burial will take place at a later date.
