Michael Harrigan, 64, of Portsmouth, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born July 20, 1948 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Terrence and Avanel Bierley Harrigan. Micahel is survived by a sister, Susan Mauk and husband Dana of Wheelersburg; two brother-in-laws, Harold McClurg of Jackson, Jerry "Dale" Hatfield of Beavercreek; a special friend, Mary Eichenlaub of Portsmouth; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. He was also preceded in death by his wife Susie Bevis Harrigan; and two sisters, Judith McClurg and Constance Hatfield. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of D.W.
