Michael Lee Stout, 61, of Eden Park, died, Thurs., January 12, 2012 at SOMC Hospice. He was born August 14, 1950, in Portsmouth, a son of the late Albert and Clara Stevenson Stout. Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Joann Galloway Stout of Eden Park; two daughters, Brooke Stout of Portsmouth, Deborah (Adam) Payton of Wheelersburg; a brother, Randy Stout of New Boston; two sisters, Barbara Spradlin of West Portsmouth, Brenda Bays of Goshen; three grandchildren, Noah and Zac Colley and Madison Rogers. Michael was also preceded in death by a brother, James Stout. Services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, Jan.14, 2012 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Sam Salyers officiating. Burial will be at Scioto Burial Park with Military Graveside Honors by Wm. A. Baker Post 363 and James Irwin Post 622, American Legion.
