Milford R. Howard, 81, of South Webster passed away Wednesday May 21, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 20, 1933 in Garrison, KY., a son of the late George and Ora Howard. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired welder. Milford is survived by his children, Milford Howard, Randy Howard, Ron Howard, Christina Short, Teresa Yoho, Kim Howard, Terri Monak, Lori Wright, Missy Sandwisch, Regina Webb, Joe Howard, Mary Hall and Jerry Howard; 3 brother, Paul, Jack and Bill Howard; 6 sisters, Sharon Collins, Patty Norvell, Ruth Shertzer, Rene Aldridge, Phyllis Rawlins and Bobbie Wilkins; 68 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.He was also preceded in death by his wife, Louise Howard; 2 sisters, Janet Middleton and Jacqueline Castle and 5 great-grandchildren.
