Misty Dawn Briggs, 30, of Wheelersburg died Friday, April 30, 2010. She was born Sept. 3, 1979 in Circleville, a daughter of Trent and Annette Jenkins Oiler of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by two sons, Kempton Franks and Robert Briggs both of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Trent Davis of Ripley, W.VA. and James Oiler of Wheelersburg; grandmothers, Shirley Oiler of Wheelersburg and Delores Jenkins of Circleville. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Larry Oiler and Raymond Jenkins. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster.
