Age 65 of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born in Cincinnati on November 27, 1951 to David and Vivian (Lawrence) Laycock. Norma was was an avid Reds fan, enjoyed cooking, collecting cookbooks and antique glassware, and loved spending time with her kids especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by sons, Kevin Boggs (Emmanuel Martinez) of New Boston, Joey Boggs of Wheelersburg; daughter, Shawna Boggs of Wheelersburg; sister, Sherri (Terry) Stephenson of Mississippi; grandchildren, Jessica and Mariah Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents.
