Age 83 of Sciotoville went to be with the Lord Thursday, September 5, 2013 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born April 29, 1930 in Sciotoville to Garrett and Nellie (Justice) Leslie. She was a devoted member to the International Pentecostal Church of Christ in Portsmouth for many years.

Norma is survived by one sister Ruth Moore of Sciotoville; several nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers, Ralph, Raymond, Clarence, Henry, Charles, and Carl Leslie.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at WOLFE - NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Rev. Jeff Leslie and Rev. Garrett Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call Monday from 4 - 7 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 - 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
