Owen E. Jordan Sr., 56 of Wheelersburg, a son of Alice Jordan and the late Patrick Jordan, passed away Sun. Oct. 2, 2011 at his residence after a long battle with cancer with his wife and other family by his side. He was a Journeyman electrician with Casey Industrials. Owen is survived by his wife, Donna Roberts Jordan; a daughter, Brandy Cook of Ashland, KY.; a son, Owen (Bo) Jordan and wife Cora of Lucasville and daughter, Misty Anderson and husband Kris of Portsmouth; 2 brothers, Jim (Shirley) Jordan and Donald (Rhonda) Jordan all of McDermott; 5 sisters, Betty Fyffe of Columbus, Patty Bartee of McDermott, Beverly Baker of New Boston, Carol (Jerry) Hiles of McDermott and Kathy (Rodney) Crabtree of Lucasville; 10 grandchildren and several neices and nephews. Owen was also preceded in death by his first wife, Kathy Jordan, a son, Tyler Miller and 7 brothers and sisters. Services will be 2 pm Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster with Pastor Bob Davis officiating. Burial will be at South Webster cemetery.Visitation will be 12-2 pm prior to services on Thursday.
