Pamela Kay King, age 60, of Minford, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at her home. She was born on April 12, 1952 in Petaluma, CA to Richard and Donna (Snyder) King. Pamela worked for many years as a home healthcare aide and was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed collecting antiques and costume jewelry, was a great animal lover, and most of all enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Pamela is survived by her husband, Daniel King; two daughters, April Bauer of Petaluma, CA, Denise Herles of Portsmouth; one son, Scott (Dawnel) King of Lancaster, OH; eight grandchildren, Cassandra Elliott, Courtney Elliott, Joshua Elliott, Jacob Elliott, Carissa Quattrin, Megan King, Katy King, J.D. Herles; five sisters, Rhonda (Dale) King of St. Cloud, FL, Julia (Daniel) McGuire of Portsmouth, Kimberly (Bob) Phillips of Sciotoville, Janet (Tyrone) Kuhlman of Los Angeles, CA, Jamie (Dean) Jackson of New Boston. In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by one son, Chad King; two sisters, Paula Schwab, Deena King.
Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Memorials may be given to SOMC Hospice or The American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be left at www.WolfeNelsonFuneralHome.com. Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
