Pamela Jean Lewis, 69, of Wheelersburg passed away Wednesday July 6, 2022 at Grant Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1953 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Leonard Smith and the late Elois Shepherd Smith.
She was a graduate of Wheelersburg High School, loved to shop and take care of her Dad.
Pam is also survived by her children, Matt (Mandae) Lewis, Ben Bullard, Erica Thompson, Melissa (Donnie) Russell, Beth Lewis, Dustin Lewis and Trista (Chris) Childers; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley (Rick) McCarty and Jill (Jerry) Pauley; brother-in-law, Matt Tucker; niece and nephew, Toni (Ben) Gill, Jordain (Erin) Pauley; great niece and nephew Maddie Gill, Brady Gill and Chloe Pauley.
Besides her mother she was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Tucker.
Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Friday July 15, 2022 in the chapel at Memorial Burial Park with Pastor Henry Burkett and Jordain Pauley officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the  D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg.
