Paul David Harrell, 69, of Portsmouth, passed away Saturday March 23, 2024 . He was born July 23, 1954 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Elbert and Garnet (Lancaster) Harrell.

Paul is survived by two sons, Michael Paul Harrell and Jason Lee Harrell both of Portsmouth; a daughter Stephanie Adams of Portsmouth; two sisters, Beatrice Pack of Vera Beach, FL and Mary Kretchmar of Phoenix, AZ, 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and his former wife, Debra Lynn Harrell.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Elbert Earnest Harrell.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday April 1, 2024 D. W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston, Oh. Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow  at Firebrick Cemetery, in Firebrick, KY.
