Paul Holbrook, 76, of New Boston passed away Thursday June 24, 2021 at his residence. He was born June 28, 1944 in  Portsmouth, a son of the late Ezra and Elizabeth (Trimble) Holbrook. Paul attended Glenwood High School and loved fishing, hunting and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Adkins Holbrook; two sons, Brian Holbrook and wife Velma of New Boston and Aaron Holbrook and wife Sheila of Portsmouth; two daughters, Melissa Holbrook and Sam Hall of Wheelersburg and Mary Ann Shaw of Zanesville; one sister, Joyce Cummings of McDermott; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by four brothers Don, Bill, Bob and Roger Holbrook and a sister, Connie Boggs.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 PM Sunday June 27, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM with Pastor Brian Holbrook and Joshua Holbrook officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
