Perry E. Eubanks, 63 of Portsmouth, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 25, 2016 at the SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth. He was born on October 24, 1952 in Gallipolis, Ohio the son of the late Eldon K. and Ina M. Scott Eubanks. Perry was also preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Holberg .

Perry is survived by 5 brothers, Gary (Joyce) Eubanks of Wheelersburg, Thurman (Betty) Eubanks of Ironton, Harold (Nancy) Eubanks , Walter Eubanks and Richard (Judy) Eubanks all of Ocala, Fl; several nieces and nephews and his very good caregiver and family, Fred Lester of Portsmouth.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Rev. Mike Percell officiating. With graveside services to be held at Bethel Cemetery in Oak Hill, Ohio on Saturday at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home on Friday from 5 until 7 p.m. on Friday.
