Phyllis M. Garland, 56, was received by our Lord on February 15, 2010. She was born on January 9, 1954. Phyllis is survived by her beloved husband, Jerry Garland; two daughters, Estella B. (Chris) Collins and Sunshine M. Stevens all of Portsmouth;one son, J.D. (Stephanie) Burden of Indiana; 9 beautiful grandchildren whom she loved dearly and 2 sisters and 5 brothers.
