Phyllis Ann Bowe, 87 of Sciotoville, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born October 22, 1930 in Cedar Grove, WV, a daughter of the late William and Virginia (Hicks) Grady. Phyllis was a longtime member of Shawnee Hills Baptist Church and loved to travel and go shopping.

She is survived by a son, David Bowe and wife Karen of Sciotoville; a daughter, Stephanie Caseman and husband Steve of Twin Valley; a brother, James Grady of Texas; five grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Chester Bowe on May 31, 2004 and two sisters, Vivian McGregor and Lois Large.
