Age 88 of Columbus, formerly of Portsmouth, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Bella Care Hospice in Whitehall. She was born on December 11, 1928 to James and Anna (Eppler) Ridings. Ramona was a homemaker who enjoyed shopping, bible study, listening to Christian music, cooking, sewing, and gardening. She was of the Baptist faith and more than anything else, loved to spend time with her family.

Ramona is survived by three daughters, Sharon (Anthony) Munoz of Liberty Hill, TX, Ramona (Charlie) Robinson of Columbus, Hope (Zack) Fuller of Whitehall, OH; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Nenvel Ruggles in 1999; daughter, Faith Perkins; granddaughter, Alison Robinson; eleven brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday October 20, 2017 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville. Interment will follow at Old Wheelersburg Cemetery in Wheelersburg.
