Randy Charles Age 73, of South Webster, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Rosemount Pavilion in Portsmouth. He was born August 22, 1952, in Portsmouth, a son of the late Epp Jr. and Barbara (Morrow) Charles. Randy loved farming and raising cattle, riding ATV's, attending family cookouts and taking camping trips.

Randy is survived by three sons, Keith Charles of Wheelersburg, John Charles of Lucasville, and David Charles of Minford; a daughter, Kristy Reed and husband Chris of Minford; one brother, Rick Charles of Wheelersburg; one sister, Katie Hall and husband Roger of Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren, Marlena, Brenton, and Kyle; four great grandchildren, Sylas, Leland, Remy and Sage.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Bill; and a sister, Jeannie Colley.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2024, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday.  Online condolences may be left at DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
