Randy Keith Parlin, 48, of Franklin Furnace passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the SOMC Emergency Room.  He was born May 17, 1975 in Portsmouth to Robert and Nancy Parlin.  Randy loved his dogs, going hunting and fishing.  He also liked to watch television and play games.

Randy is survived by his fiance Jessica Borders of Franklin Furnace; a son, Justin Jenkins of Portsmouth; a step son, Anthony Stapleton of Franklin Furnace; a daughter, Kendra Jenkins of Portsmouth; two step daughters, Savanna Stapleton and Breana Stapleton both of Franklin Furnace; two sisters, Bobbie and Tracy; two friends who were like his brother and sister, Jeremy and Brandy.
