Richard Edwin Boggs, 77, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday November 30, 2024 at his residence. He was born February 25, 1947 in South Webster, a son of the late Elton and Evelyn Toppins Boggs.

Richard is survived by a son, Todd (Angel) Naugle of Newton Falls; two daughters, Bobbie Jo Bethel and Lisa (Ralph) Boggs-Crabtree all of Jackson; five brothers, Ronnie (Roberta) Boggs, Pete (Viola) Boggs, Russ (Kathy) Boggs and Rod (Peggy) Boggs all of Oak Hill along with Tim (Ruth) Boggs of Gallipolis; four grandchildren, Gage Boggs, Samantha Wills, David Cooper and Kyle Naugle, 13 great grandchildren and a special aunt, Melba "Pep" Boggs.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Brian Boggs.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 5, 2024 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME 10900 Main St, South Webster, OH with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. Interment to follow at Boggs Family Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to services on Thursday at the funeral home.
