Richard Dale Lyons II, 44 of Portsmouth died Fri. April 8, 2011 at home. He was born Jan. 20, 1967 in Portsmouth, a son of Richard D. Lyons and Sadie Turner Lyons of Portsmouth; he is also survived by a brother, Robert Lyons of Portsmouth and a sister, Lisa Lyons of Franklin Furnace. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert and Marie Buffington and Ruby Anderson. Memorial services will be 3 PM Mon. April 11, 2011 at D.W.
