Rickey Jenkins, 64, of Wheelersburg passed away, Sunday, September 11, 2022.  He was  born July 12, 1958 to the late James and Betty Jenkins of Wheelersburg.

Preceded in death by one brother Mike Jenkins of Michigan.  Surviving are two daughters April Jenkins and Brittany Ruggles; a special friend, Travis Smith; three grandchildren, Mylo Zavier Hylton, Sydney Ruggles, and Brooklyn Smith all of Wheelersburg; one brother, Roger Jenkins and wife Pam, two sisters Barb Williams and Debbie Brannon all of Wheelersburg; also surviving is an aunt Cassie McIntosh (Janie) Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families.  He will be missed by all.
