Rickey Eugene Colley, 68, of Wheelersburg passed away Wednesday August 30, 2023 at SOMC HOSPICE in Portsmouth.  He was born in Portsmouth on July 30, 1955 to the late Robert Eugene and Helen Elizabeth (Shaad) Colley.  Rickey loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar.

Rickey is survived by his wife, Sandy Colley of Wheelersburg; three sons; a daughter; a step-daughter; a brother, Tim Colley of Portsmouth; a sister, Vickie Barber of Portsmouth; six grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.  He was preceded in death by four brothers, Bobby Colley, Roger Colley, Michael Colley and Brian Colley; and one sister, Cheryl Parham.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 2, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (WOLFE-NELSON CHAPEL) in Sciotoville.  Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
