Roger B. Conley, 68 of Wheelersburg, died Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born, December 22, 1946 in Johnson County, KY the son of the late, Edward and Dorothy Cantrell Conley. Roger had retired from the Porter Township as a truck driver, was a member of the Minford Nazarene Church and an avid dog lover.
