Age 44, of Portsmouth, passed away on July 3, 2015 at SOMC in Portsmouth.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa; two sons, Jeremy Michael and Hayden Charles; parents, Ronald and Melinda Conkel; sister Jodi Conkel.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
