Roy Dean Holsinger, 35, of West Portsmouth, died Thurs. Sept. 30, 2010. He was born April 27, 1975 in Portsmouth. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Marcum Holsinger; 3 step-children, Buddy, Brandon and Shane; parents, Roy Holsinger and wife Debbie of Minford and Deborah Holsinger of West Portsmouth; grandmother, Elizabeth Maddy; a brother, Jason Brown and 2 sisters, Rachel Holsinger and Rebecca Mutter. He was preceded in death by grandparents, James Brown and Daisy Holsinger. Services will be 3 PM Mon. Oct. 4, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with burial at Holsinger Family cemetery.
