Russell Dean Loper, Sr, 77, of Portsmouth passed away recently at his home. He was born July 19, 1944 in Portsmouth a son of the late Thomas and Lillian Dickerson Loper.

A memorial service will be held Monday August 8, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Victory Tabernacle Church, 1131 Washington Blvd. in West Portsmouth, Ohio.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 PM Monday August 8, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
