Age 59 of South Webster, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth. She was born August 27, 1957 in Oak Hill, a daughter of the late Albert Kuhn and Thelma Baker Kuhn-Aeh. Ruthie attended Oak Hill Schools, graduated from South Webster High School in 1975, and was a 1995 graduate of Shawnee State University with a Degree as a Legal Assistant. She loved sewing and spending time with her family.

Ruthie is survived by a son, Jeremy Crockett of Sciotoville; two daughters, Jennifer (Joe) Evans of South Webster and Jamie Wade of Bidwell; three brothers, Richard (Jessie) Kuhn of South Webster, David (Wendy) Kuhn of Washington Court House, and Dean (Kathy) Kuhn of Wheelersburg; three sisters, Marilyn Gray of Oak Hill, Shirley Sheline of Jackson, and Jeannie Mullins of South Portsmouth, KY; fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Howard, Denver, Donald, and Glendon Kuhn and six sisters, Elsie Howard, Rachel Kitchen, Frances McGowan, Macie Kuhn, Phyllis Kuhn, and Charlene Boggs.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are being handled by D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster.
