Samuel E. Hughes, 83, of South Webster, passed away Wednesday December 25, 2024 at his residence. He was born September 23, 1941 in Columbus, a son of the late William and Dorothy (Justice) Hughes.

Survivors include his daughter, Pamela Dingess as well as other relatives.

Arrangements are under the direction of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
