Age 59, of South Webster passed away June 16, 2015 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born March 13, 1956 in Portsmouth a daughter of the late Lloyd and Arminda Collier Robinson. She attended Oak Hill High School and was a former accountant.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Terry Richmond; a daughter, Terra Richmond of South Webster; one granddaughter, Kylie Parsons who she raised; a son, Jacob Miller of Scioto Furnace; 3 sisters, Debbie Robinson of Chesapeake, Virginia and Kim (Jack) Doss of Scioto Furnace, Sylvia Siebert (Frank) of Festus, MO; 2 brothers, Joseph Howard of Kentucky, Larry Robinson (Melanie) of Festus, MO.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2015 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Mark Bales officiating. Interment will follow at Collier Cemetery.
