Sheila Bailey,61 of Canton passed away December 8, 2020. She was born July 27, 1959 in Portsmouth to the late Lola Violet Bailey and Glenn William Bailey of Minford. Sheila lived in Minford all her life until she was taken to care for by the State. Later in life, Sheila was moved to Canton. She was affectionately known as "She She" and lived a full life under the care and services provided by House of G.R .A.C.E. Residential Services, LLC. "She She" had an infectious smile, loved music, songs and spending time with her two roommates. "She She" will be deeply missed by her circle of support, including her DSPs, Complete Healthcare Nursing, SSA, Life Bridge Services, Aultman Hospice Care Team and Aultman Woodlawn Services. A graveside burial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday December 16, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Wheelersburg. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to D.W.
