Age 90 of Portsmouth, went to be with the Lord November 11, 2017 at SOMC Hospice. She was born January 7, 1927 in New Boston to Henry and Anna (Henderson) Ruggles. Sheila loved to fish. She loved playing the piano, was also an excellent seamstress, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and sewing. She dearly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren and was of the Apostolic faith.

She is survived by four sons, Monty Craft (Wanda) of Portsmouth, Melvin Craft (Tricia) of Wheelersburg, Michael Craft (Janie) of Douglasville, GA, Matthew Justice (Crystle) of Sciotoville; one brother, Raymond "Lovell" Ruggles (Shelby) of West Portsmouth; one sister, Sharon Queen (Fred) of Brandon, FL; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter in infancy, Patricia; step-daughter, Bonnie Anderson; 4 brothers; one sister in infancy; and 3 husbands, Lindsey Craft, Luther Kimbler, and Cletus Justice.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Pastor Randy Schintzius officiating. Interment will follow at Old Wheelersburg Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
