Shelley Ann Caldwell McNelly, 46, of Wheelersburg, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on August 9, 2023. She was born March 1, 1977 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Gary and Judy Holloway Caldwell.

She attended Faith Baptist Church and loved attending church. Shelley enjoyed diamond painting, texting with family and friends, spending time with family and her dog Nero. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Lukas.

Besides her parents, Shelley is survived her son, Christian Caldwell and wife Rachael of South Webster, her grandson Lukas; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and the McNelly Family who treated her like a sister.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Kevin McNelly whom she married on June 17, 2018 in Jackson, OH, grandparents, Wesley and Evelyn Caldwell, Dan and Mary Holloway.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday August 14, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Ronnie Rawlins officiating. Visitation will be 12 Noon to 1 PM prior to services on Monday with private interment.
