Age 79 of Cabot, AR formerly of Rosemount, passed away May 13, 2016 in North Little Rock, AR. She was born in Portsmouth on October 20, 1936 to Russel and Margaret (Bennett) McGlone. She worked professionally as a clerk for the Scioto County Treasurer and in her spare time she enjoyed reading and crocheting. Shirley was a member of the Eastern Star and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Hammock of Cabot, AR; stepdaughter, Nancy (Bill) Siebert of Cabot, AR. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her only sister, Joann Hood.
