Shirley Riley, 80, of Portsmouth died Sunday June 15, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She is survived by 3 sons, Jimmy Richmond, Leonard Lovens and Stevie Riley; 4 daughters, Deborah (Ramon) Rivera, Vickie Riley, Tammy (Nathan) Carter and Sandy (Charlie) MacIntire; 3 sisters, Christine Barron, Carol Ratikey and Alice Ratikey and 1 brother, Mike Ratikey and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Janet Ratikey. Cremation services are being handled by D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. There will be no visitation.
