Age 50 of Blue Creek passed away Monday, July 24, 2017 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born September 23, 1966 in Tracy, CA to Bruce and Christy (Blanco) Hall. Stacy had a BA in Communications and was a longtime employee of Verizon where she worked as a technician. In her spare time she enjoyed horseback riding, animals, and the outdoors.

She is survived by her Grandmother, Joan Rollins, mother, Christy Walker of Tracy, CA; husband, Jeremy Rollins of Blue Creek; daughters, Jillian and Allison; son, Zachary; brother, Shawn; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.
