Starr Evans Carlisle Bauer, 30, of Lucasville died Wed., Sept. 8, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born July 3, 1980 in Elizabethtown, KY., a daughter of Deborah Eldridge Rawlins and Berlin Evans both of Portsmouth. She was a homemaker and attended High Praises Church of God. She is also survived by her husband, Brian Bauer of Lucasville; ex-husband and loving friend, Jeff Carlisle of Jackson; a son, Tristan Nathanial Bauer at home; 4 daughters, Caitlynn Carlisle of Jackson, Brianna Bauer, Katelynn Bauer and Kirsten Bauer all at home; 2 sisters, Waltrisha ( Kevin) Dustin of Beggs, Okla. and Stacy Justice of Marion; 1 brother, Larry Evans of Portsmouth; nieces and nephew, Mikal Dustin, Sarah Dustin, Ariel Evans, Nevaeh Born, Destiny Born, Nick Baxter, Christine Baxter and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, Sept. 13, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Sam Salyer officiating. Burial will be at Lucasville cemetery.
