Age 68 of Portsmouth, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016 at Hillview Retirement Center in Portsmouth He was born May 6, 1947 in Portsmouth A 1965 graduate of Notre Dame High School, he served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War He was a truck driver by profession and loved to shoot.

Steven is survived by three sons, Steven (Rhonda), Bobby, and Chris Kenard; one daughter, Mindy; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
