Steven D. Rawlins, 59, of South Webster, passed away Sunday August 15, 2021 at Best Care Nursing and Rehab in Wheelersburg.  He was born April 30, 1962 in Portsmouth to the late Elden and Althea (Riley) Rawlins.  Steven loved going to church above all things, he also enjoyed taking trips to the Amish country.

Steven is survived by a sister, Princess Raynard; four brothers, Donald Rawlins and wife Lisa of Stout, Anthony Rawlins and wife Sheila of South Webster, Mark Rawlins and wife Diane of El Paso Texas, and Joe Rawlins and wife Missy of Minford; close friends, Donnie Raynard and Phil Spence.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald, Michael and Kenny.
