Tammy Lynn Evans, 40, passed away at her home in South Webster on Saturday, Jan 28, 2012. She leaves behind her father, Monty Leonard; her mother and stepfather, Linda and Don Vititoe; two sons, Scott Vititoe and Tyler Hensley; a daughter, Chelsea Hensley; a grandson, Jacob Vititoe and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willard and Katherine McCoy and Clarance and Hazel Leonard. She will be sadley missed by family and friends.
