Tammy Marie Lykins, 66, of South Point, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Born on September 25, 1959, in Portsmouth, Tammy was the daughter of William Robbins and Carol (Moore) Craft. She was a creative and caring soul who found great joy in making crafts and spending time on her computer. She loved staying busy with projects and sharing her creativity with those around her.

Tammy is survived by her loving mother, Carol Craft; her sons, George Neff of South Point and Keith (Shannon) Robbins of Florida. She also leaves behind extended family members and friends who will dearly miss her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Lykins; her father, William Robbins; and her sisters, Sylvie and Rhonda.

Tammy will be remembered for her creativity, her quiet strength, and the love she had for her family.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, March 04, 2026, 1:00PM at D.W. Swick & Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Wheelersburg. Visitation will be 12:00-1:00PM prior to service at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.
