Age 19 of South Webster, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.  She was born January 11, 1997 in Portsmouth to Terry and Cindy (Burchett) Ramsey.  A 2015 graduate of South Webster High School, she worked as a receptionist for Iron Body Fitness in Portsmouth and was attending Shawnee State studying Respiratory Therapy.  Taylor enjoyed hunting, four-wheeling, fishing, shopping, and was a 13-year member of her local 4-H club.  She was a member of several state and national rabbit clubs and was a 3-time National New Zealand Rabbit Show Champion.

She is survived by her parents, Terry and Cindy; brother L.T. (Chelsee) Ramsey; nephew, Remington Ramsey; boyfriend, Levi Cook; second parents, Danny and Tonaya Cook; grandparents, Ted and Karen Stidham; great-grandmother, Dorothy Ramsey; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alfred Ramsey, Jr., Charles and Virginia Burchett.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Tim Throckmorton officiating.  Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday at the funeral home from 4 – 8 p.m. and one hour before the service on Saturday.  Online condolences may be left at www.DWSwickNelsonFuneralHome.com.
