Age 67 of Portsmouth, passed away Saturday November 12, 2016 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born December 13, 1948 in Portsmouth to Clay and Pauline (Buchannan) Noel. She was a former office administrator for her husband Marc Bryant before his death in 2004. Teresa graduated from East High School in 1966, worked for Blackburn's Market as a pharmacy tech, loved ballroom dancing, taking care of her flowers, and especially spending time with her grandchildren and just enjoying life.

She is survived by two daughters, Rachel (Jerry) Klaiber of Ironton, Christina (Ron) Doyle of Hartville; mother Pauline Noel of Portsmouth; fiancée, Steven Doster of Portsmouth; one sister, Martha Jane (Robert) Sims of Chillicothe; four grandchildren, Jacob, Sydni, Allison, Izabel, and a cousin who was more like a sister, Elaine (Jerry) Janny of Wheelersburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Marc, father Clay Noel, and brother Wayne Noel.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 15, 2016 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Pastor Larry Maynard officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Burial Park.
