Age 76, of Wheelersburg, died January 4, 2011 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born in Dunlap, OH on May 1, 1934 to Orva and Mildred (Hibbs) Newman. She is survived by one son, Steven (Kathy) Shope of South Webster; one daughter, Kim Shope of Russell, KY; two granddaughters, Cassie Cole and Cherie White; one grandson, Jason Shope; three great-grandchildren, Corey and Aaron Dyer and Trenton Cole. Private services were held. Interment was in Scioto Burial Park in McDermott.
