Theodore (Teddy) Willis, 43, of Minford, died October 29, 2015. He was born in Portsmouth on March 23, 1972 to Thurman and Hazel (Standridge) Willis. Teddy loved football, baseball, and fishing.

He is survived by his mother, Hazel Willis, of Minford; daughter, Elizabeth Willis of Cincinnati; step-daughter, April Thomas of Minford; two brothers, Ronnie Willis of Minford, Thurman Willis (Rhonda) of Washington Courthouse; two sisters, Maxine Marchand (Marion) of Orient and Leonna Shasteen of Grove City; and longtime girlfriend, Gina Havel of Minford. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mollie Willis, in 2013.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 2, 2015 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Pastor Joe Arata officiating. Interment will follow at Harrison Township Cemetery.
