Thomas W. Belcher, 62, of South Webster died April 9, 2011 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born July 11, 1948 in South Webster, a son of the late Joseph and Mildred Slack Belcher. He is survived by a son, Thomas W. Belcher, Jr. of Lucasville; a daughter, Mary Belcher-Smith of South Webster ; a brother, Willard Belcher of South Webster and 2 sisters. Cremation handled by D.W.
