Thomas K. Blanton, 71, of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 in New Boston.  He was born March, 13, 1949 in New Boston to the late Leck Blanton Jr. and Jean (Hilton) Blanton. He worked as an electrician for a construction company.  Thomas loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed spending time in the outdoors.  He had a passion for traveling and loved his cats.

Thomas is survived by a son, Shane DePriest of Sciotoville; a daughter, Staci Huffman of New Boston; two grandchildren, Jasomyn Frautschy and Jordan Huffman both of Portsmouth; special friend, Debbie Henson of New Boston; and a sister, Kimberly Craft and Husband Jared of Sciotoville
