Age 76 of Wheelersburg passed away Tuesday June 20, 2017 at his residence following a long illness. He was born January 3, 1941 in Argillite, KY, a son of the late Thomas Stepp Sr. and Bertha McKnight Stepp.

He is survived by two sons, Bill Mullens of Raleigh, NC and John Mullens of Elizabethtown, KY; daughters, Bonnie Besco of Wheelersburg, Candy Robinson of Columbus, Sue Asbury of Wheelersburg, Loretta Houston of Elizabethtown, KY; brother, Richard Stepp of Wheelersburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Mosley Stepp; daughters, Bertha Lou Stepp, Ruth Stepp, Jean Purdue; sisters, Geneva Thompson, Ruth Green; four brothers, Michael, Johnny, James, and Donald Stepp.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Thursday June 22, 2017 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with private interment at a later date. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at D.W.SWICK-NELSON in South Webster. Condolences may be shared at www.DWSwickNelsonFuneralHome.com.
