Thomas Cain Lusk Jr., 32, of Portsmouth passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Portsmouth.  He was born to Thomas Lusk Sr. and Madelyn Turner February 27, 1989 in Portsmouth.  He loved listening to music, basketball and spending time with family and friends.

Thomas is survived by his Mother, Madelyn Shepherd and husband Alan of Portsmouth; his father, Thomas Lusk Sr. of New Boston; son, Josiah Lusk of Portsmouth; twin sister, Hollie Lusk of Flatwoods, Ky, a brother, Steven Eichenlaub Jr.; grandmother, Mary Stewart and husband Clarence of Portsmouth; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with the funeral to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor George Vastine officiating.
