Timothy R. Hartley, 60, of Portsmouth passed away, Wednesday January 4, 2022 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.  He was born August 27, 1962 in Lewis County, Kentucky to the late Elza Hartley and Doris (Kamer) Downing.  Timothy was a 1980 graduate of Lewis County High School.  He loved collecting model cars as well as antiques.  Timothy loved the outdoors especially working in his garden.  He also loved to work on cars.

Timothy is survived by two sons, Timothy Hartley of Portsmouth and Aaron Hamilton of Manchester; a daughter, Sarah Hamilton of Flemingsburg, KY; a grandson, Zander Blaze Hartley; and a special friend, Melissa Lombardo.
